Eligibility Criteria

To partner with MREIF, developers must meet the following requirements.

Land Bank & Net Asset Value

Developers must meet specific land bank and net asset value thresholds to demonstrate capability to undertake housing projects.

Project Financing Ability

Show proof of ability to secure own contribution through commitment letters from financial institutions or other capital sources.

Track Record

Provide a verifiable track record of previous housing projects successfully completed with proper documentation.

How to Apply as a Developer

Submit a detailed project proposal, including financial plans and evidence of meeting the eligibility criteria.

Submit the application and supporting documents through the MREIF portal below or at designated submission points.

MREIF reviews submitted proposals to verify their compliance with the established criteria. Applications should be submitted through the provided channels (either online or by physically dropping them off at designated offices).

Approved developers are notified and can proceed with the project appraisal in partnership with MREIF, receiving the necessary funding and support.
